Sue carries out a number of conference speaking engagements on building leadership and culture each year. Recent presentations include the Australian Hydroponics Federation in Melbourne and the Fencing Contractors Federation at Paihia on “Shifting Your Leadership”. She also runs conference workshops – the next one coming up is with the NZ Plant Propagators Conference on “More Transformational Leadership – Engage and Enable”
